Alex also spent nearly a decade as the CEO of Planned Parenthood NY, the largest PP affiliate in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the name \u201cSanger\u201d rings a bell? \u201cSanger\u201d as in Margaret Sanger, the founder of the modern day reproductive rights movement. THAT Sanger. Alex is her grandson.
