She&#8217;s a nonprofit leadership expert who spent 14 years as the Executive Director of New York City\u2019s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual &amp; Transgender Community Center. Over the course of her tenure at The Center, she tripled the organization\u2019s budget, strengthened its programs, and completed a $9M capital building renovation to transform the LGBTQ community\u2019s home on West 13 Street.
