I don\u2019t think that younger people coming into nonprofit now are willing to tolerate that, and I think that\u2019s a really good thing.&#8221;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-glennda-testone\"><strong>ABOUT GLENNDA TESTONE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Glennda Testone is the CEO of the Nonprofit Leadership Lab and a nonprofit leadership expert who spent 14 years as the Executive Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/gaycenter.org\/?gad_source=1&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQiAx9q6BhCDARIsACwUxu5UnKBm7uqfeJs6Ct5XScPCeXGgqx6lUGiQVGQBTFD7g3tO3rNhcGEaAmseEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New York City\u2019s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual &amp; Transgender<\/a> Community Center. Over the course of her tenure at The Center, she tripled the organization\u2019s budget, strengthened its programs, and completed a $9M capital building renovation to transform the LGBTQ community\u2019s home on West 13 Street.
